two green chillies and keep aside.
then whip two eggs with a dash of salt, half spoon of fresh pepper, and add the chopped coriander and chillies and set aside.
Fry the onions till pink, add the tomatoes and half sp chilly powder/ pinch of turmeric till tomato is soft. cool.
Heat non-stick. Mix the onion mix with whipped egg mix and pour when pan is slightly smoky.
when one side gets cooked, flip and take off gas while still slightly undone.
eat with two slices of wholemeal bread (to assuage any guilt) when you spread toast with Amul salted butter and sleep.
